Modular homes are very much different than normal homes or houses. These houses are very comfortable also than the normal houses in which people live in. These are also normal houses . Everything is the same but there is only one major difference that in these houses there are many sections or modules which are made in remote areas and then are brought together and a well designed house is built at a place.
Building of modular homes takes time. It takes at least four to five months to finish one but sometimes it finishes real fast like in twenty days but that is a rare case when someone wants a small modular house. These homes can be built in any material and the materials are very eco friendly too and there is a small amount of wastage unlike normal houses. These modules can be built and sent to any place in the world, there are no restrictions to where it can be built or were it cannot be built .
Modular homes are very cheap, and sometimes it can also be cheaper than normal houses. These houses are very hardy and do not break down easily like some traditional houses which breaks down during a storm or hurricane. These are made with special nails and stuff. These modules or sections of homes are put in place by huge cranes or sometimes by flat bed trucks which slide the pieces down and they are in place where it should be. It’s already furnished so there is no need to worry about designing the interiors. We have to say from before only that how the interiors will look and how many rooms we want to have and were it shall be placed. According to our plans the modules are built.
